John Balassis brings to TFG International the experience associated with assessing and assisting in mergers and acquisitions and in the development of infrastructure projects.

He has extensive experience in pre merger assessment and synergy evaluation and post merger integration delivery, cost reduction and performance improvement in financial services and insurance industry John has acted as an expert in assessing synergies in mergers and developing integration plans. He has a proven track record in Australia, UK, Spain and Asia.

John is also experienced in PPP/PFI projects in the transport and energy market He has led projects in UK and Australia. He was also instrumental in securing an unsolicited PPP exclusive mandate to develop a rail corridor in Queensland.
